Beef Jerky Marinade

3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 Tbsp. ginger root (grated)
1 Tbsp. garam masala (mixture of ground coriander, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Makes enough for 2 lbs. (before dehydration) of meat.
